Verizon Wireless’ Major Emergency Response Incident Team (MERIT) reached out to us for help on designing an emergency response trailer that would enable their team members to be ready to respond with equipment and expertise in cases of hazardous material breaches during hurricanes, floods, wildfires, earthquakes, tornados, train derailments, airplane accidents, and other incidents that may occur. They partnered with one of our Product Specialists and  ATC Trailers to design this perfect 29’ emergency response trailer that can provide an onsite, climate-controlled mobile command center with workspaces to protect Verizon’s network assets and facilities during natural disasters or hazardous materials incidents. The all-aluminum project was engineered and manufactured with a massive 20.0 KW Powertech generator, fuel filling station, 25’ Will-Burt pneumatic mast compressor system, Bauer diesel engine compressor system w/ (4) 6000 PSI DOT cylinders, Bauer filling station, AVL satellite dish system, Direct TV satellite antenna system, equipment data rack w/ surrounding data closet compartment access door, automatic 4-Post hydraulic leveling jack system, 6’ slide-out w/ awning top, silent ride electric over hydraulic brake axles, 6’ x 4’ vending door, 50’ spring retracted grounding reel system, exterior TV compartment w/ 50” LED TV, Interior 32” LED TV, partition walls, custom cabinetry and countertops, insulated walls and ceiling, HVAC, 17’ 12-volt awning with aluminum weathershield, sloped gooseneck roof line and much more.
