Excellent customer service!

I bought my new enclosed car hauler from Trailers of the East Coast several months ago. The sales side of it was easy considering that I had a trade-in. A month later I had some accessories added and was pleased with the work performed. There were a few scratches on the body when I picked it up, but the service team quickly made good of the situation and replace the scratched panels with new ones. In fact, the panels were installed better than it came from the factory with no buckles or waves in the panel. Thank you TOEC Team for excellent customer service!

I recently traded a 2016 trailer in for a new ATC. We discussed over the phone about the condition of my trade and emailed some pictures. They gave me a price for my trade pending inspection once I arrive. Living in Florida over 8 hours away and being my first time dealing with them, I was concerned that once I get there, they might reduce the offer blaming the inspection. I could not have been more wrong. As soon as I arrived, they had me unhook the trailer so they could do the inspection inside, within 20 minutes of arriving they confirmed the price with no problems. I think the key was being honest with them about the condition of my trade and they were honest about what they could give me. It is so refreshing to deal with such an honorable dealership!
